Vosha lost against
Austria 2:4
FC Vojvodina footballers were
eliminated from the third
qualification round for League
Europe, after they lost from Austria
Wien 2:4 on Thursday night.
In the first match,
which was played seven days earlier
in Belgrade, the result was 1:1.
Dragan Mrdja gave
Vojvodina a lead in the 31. minute,
and Jun equalised in the 45. minute.
Vosha had the advantage one more
time after Dusan Tadic scored in the
58. minute, and Emin Sulimani
equalised for Austria once again in
the 63. minute. Mamadou Diabang put
Austria into the lead in the 81.
minute, and the final score was set
by Rubin Okotie in the third minute
of the stopish time.

missed the ball and Jun scored an
easy ball from 5 meters. Vojvodina
played well at the begining of the
second half, and their fans had a
reason to celebrate in the 57.
minute.
Dusan Tadic received a pass from
Mrdja from the left side and made a
precise shot to the opposite angle
of the goal.
Vojvodina lead lasted only for 6
minutes, because the reserve player
Emin Sulimani scored after a mistake
from Vosha goalkeeper Zeljko Brkic.
The Austrians took the initiative in
the remaining minutes and managed to
score twice. Mamadou Diabang scored
with a good header in the 81. minute
and Rubin Okotie set the final score
with a goal in the last minutes of
the match.
